It is hard to believe that this is the last blog already, it seems like yesterday i did not even know how to do a blog, and now i am pretty familiar with the blog world but i am sure there are things i still need to learn. I would like to just go over how I liked the class and how it was for a male to be in the womens study class. Starting off I thought this class was going to be just a class about women and how they want to rule the world and how they think they are better then men. After the first week I learned that it was the total opposite of that. It was more leaned towards the teachings of what women go through in their lives and how differently they are treated then men and how they have to overcome, in my opinion, more then us men do. I now know that women have gone through lots then even though we do all not show it us men do appreiciate the things that women do and we do think they should be given credit for what they do. Not all men think like this but some do. I am now one of them. Id like to thank all you ladies out there for what you do, but that doesnt mean you have to think you are the best things ever though ether. We should all be equal, and treat each other that way.

This week has been a somewhat normal week for me. I was recently talking to a girl but am not now, because i didnt like how she was so different around me from when she was around her friends, thats not the only reasons but thats one of them. I was wondering to myself why people and girls do this…? If they want a guy to “like them for them” then why act different when your with them or with your friends? Its doesnt make sense to me, but then again i could just not be getting the picture or she just wasnt the girl for me. I am one of those guys who is the same person no matter who im with, if im an asshole with my friends im going to be the same way when im with you, i may not be as big as one but im not going to change my personality when im with different groups of people. i notice girls doing that a lot more then guys i guess.

over spring break i was watching “Locked up Raw” and it was about women in prison. i thought it was really interesting to find out that they run the prisons on the inside the same as some of the men do. They had people that ran things like “Bosses” that kept control over everyone and keep people inline for what happens throughout the prison. im not saying i am surpised that they are organized like this beause they are women, but because they have the same rules going on that the men have. just shows i guess that we all do the same things to servive sometimes.

This week i was watching to catch a preditor on CSNBC and there were a few indian guys that were on there and it made me think back to the article “cheaper then a cow”. it made me think that those guys are trying to come here and maybe do the same thing they did back in their home counrty, or they are just sick indiviuals and they shouldnt be aloud to be in this country. i dont think anyone on that show deserves to be let go lightly because if you have watched that show, its pretty bad what they say to the girls and what they give a reason for doing it. its just terrible.

Today i was watching the daily show and i thought it was ironic that this week we talking about womens health and abortion and on his new show this week thats one of the things they were talking about on there, but his wasnt as serious as the things we read and talking about, he was more making fun and critisizing everything and making fun of people that take it to seriously. I just thought it was weird that he was talking about the same things that we were reading about this week. That seems to happen to me a lot, i think i have said this before, but it seems that i will talk about something like a movie or a certain subject then it will come up later that day or later that week.

Today as i was doing my summaries i was watching the video of the little black kids and there was a white doll and a black doll and the person doing all the interviews was asking them all the questions and they were picking the white doll as their favorite and they would want to play with that one more, but it struck me as a surprise and kind of shocked me when she asked the little boy “which doll looked bad?” and he pointed at the black doll… then she asked “if he would give her the doll that looked like him?” and he pushed the black doll to her, that just gave me a weird feeling like “wow what happens and what people say really does effect the kids around it” that just shocked me.

So today i was just thinking as i was doing my summaries and things, but do people look at a man that is bisexual differently then they look at a women who is bisexual? because i feel that a man that is would be rediculed more then a women just because most guys think that girl on girl is “hott” but its not really at all to me, but i was wondering that if they get looked at differently just because they are guys. would one of you ladies be ok if you found out your husband or whoever tried or like men aswell as women? because once again most men would be like ” oh i wouldnt care more fun for me” but thats just how most guys are. are girls that same way?

Tuesday while i was in my computer class, there were these girls talking about the cheerleaders and how short some of the high schools girls skirts were. i thought to myself thats funny cause i just read about this so i kind of jumped in the conversation and told them i just read an article an that kind of stuff in my ” womans studies” class, and first they both gave me this crazy look of why was i in a womans studies class when im a guy, and i dont know why EVERYONE asks me that. Is it that bad for a guy to take a womans studies class? but i just thought it was funny how they were talking about that when i had just read it. it seems to happen a lot that i will talk or here something then like later that day or the next day i see it on tv or hear it on the radio.
